How to request a return / exchange

  1. If you ordered as a registered user
    • Go to Order history → Complete orders.
    • Find the order and click Return next to the item.
    • Fill in the form and click Submit request.
  2. If you are not registered or can’t access your account
    • Open the Refund section.
    • Enter your order number and the email used for the purchase.
    • Fill in the form and click Submit request.

We try to process all requests within 1-3 business days from the date we receive your application.

Return deadline

Please return or hand over the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us about your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if the item is shipped back before the 14-day period ends.

Return conditions

Please note: the customer covers return shipping costs.

  • The item should be in the original packaging.
  • The item must be unused, suitable for resale, with all labels and protective films intact. This does not apply to defective items.
  • The item must be free from damage caused by the customer.
  • Please pack the item securely. Damage due to improper packaging is the customer’s responsibility.
Important: We may not be able to issue a full refund if the returned item is missing parts, is damaged, or is not packaged correctly.

Refund & inspection

  1. We may record the item’s visual condition and completeness upon arrival. If issues are found, we will inform you and provide a report/notification.
  2. If packaging requirements are met, the carrier is responsible for damage during transportation and handling. If goods are sent unpackaged, the sender is responsible for damage (e.g., scratches, stains).
  3. Refund includes the product(s) and standard delivery costs (excluding extra costs for non-standard delivery options), and is issued without undue delay.
  4. Refund is made using the same payment method unless you request otherwise. No additional refund fees apply.
  5. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of shipment (whichever comes first).
  6. After we receive and confirm the return meets requirements, the refund is processed within 2-5 business days. In any case, no later than 14 working days from the moment returned goods arrive at our warehouse (depending on payment/return method).
  7. You are responsible only for any decrease in the item’s value caused by use beyond normal inspection (as in a physical store).

International & EU customers

For international and EU returns, we recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.
